These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FullArX dental lab management platform at app.fullarx.com (the "Platform") and the website at fullarx.com (the "Site"), both operated by Inventfin Capital, LLC ("Inventfin," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform or Site, you agree to these Terms.
FullArX is a web-based dental lab management platform that enables dental laboratories and dental practices to manage orders, billing, shipping, and communication through a single integrated system. FullArX is developed and operated by Inventfin Capital, LLC, a New York limited liability company headquartered at 2 McKnight Drive, Great Neck, NY 11021.
The Platform is intended for use by dental professionals, dental laboratories, dental practices, and their authorized employees and agents. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
To use the Platform, you must create an account or be invited by an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to dental laboratory operations and dental practice management. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data only to operate and improve the Platform as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled downtime.
By using the Platform or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications. See our Privacy Policy and SMS & Messaging Terms for details.
Billing between dental labs and practices facilitated through the Platform is the responsibility of those parties. FullArX provides billing tools but is not a party to financial transactions between labs and practices unless separately agreed.
The Platform, including its software, design, content, logos, and documentation, is the property of Inventfin Capital, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. "FullArX" and the FullArX logo are trademarks of Inventfin Capital, LLC.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVENTFIN CAPITAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inventfin Capital, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS & Messaging Terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of FullArX.
