SMS & Messaging Terms

These SMS & Messaging Terms describe how FullArX, operated by Inventfin Capital, LLC, communicates with you via SMS text messages and WhatsApp. By opting in, you agree to these terms. These supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

FullArX sends SMS and WhatsApp messages to dental lab professionals, dentists, and practice staff who use or inquire about our platform. Programs include:

Transactional / Service Messages: Order status notifications, delivery updates, shipment tracking, account alerts, and platform notifications.
Support Messages: Responses to helpdesk tickets, technical support, and customer service.
Marketing Messages: Product updates, feature announcements, promotional offers, and educational content.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You may opt in to receive messages by:

Submitting a contact or demo request form on fullarx.com
Registering for a FullArX account at app.fullarx.com
Providing your mobile number to a FullArX or Inventfin representative
Texting a keyword to our phone number
Initiating a WhatsApp conversation with our business number

By opting in, you agree:

I consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) and WhatsApp messages from FullArX / Inventfin Capital, LLC at the phone number I provide, including transactional notifications and marketing messages. I understand that consent is not required to use the FullArX platform or to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. I can reply STOP to cancel at any time. I can reply HELP for assistance. I have reviewed the Privacy Policy and these SMS & Messaging Terms.

3. Message Frequency

4. Opt-Out Instructions

SMS Text Messages

Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message.

WhatsApp Messages

Reply "STOP" or "Unsubscribe," block our number, or contact [email protected].

Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional notifications for active orders.

6. Costs

FullArX / Inventfin Capital does not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile. Availability may vary.

8. Message Content

Order status updates (received, in progress, shipped, delivered)
Shipment tracking notifications and delivery confirmations
Document or file requests related to pending orders
Invoice and payment reminders
Helpdesk ticket updates and support responses
Platform feature announcements and product updates
Promotional offers related to FullArX services

9. Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging consent data are used solely to deliver messages you have opted in to receive. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Disclaimer

FullArX / Inventfin Capital is not responsible for messages undelivered due to carrier issues, device settings, or network problems.

11. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued receipt of messages constitutes acceptance.
